Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your item, but if you are not satisfied, please return the unused item(s) in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. 

All items must be returned to us in saleable condition. Once it’s used, we will not accept it. We cannot accept items that have been washed, worn, stained, scented and/or altered. Tags must still be attached.

 

Please use the Return Form on the back of your receipt. If you do not have your receipt, please write us a memo with your name and instructions (refund or exchange) and mail it to us.

 

Returns

Return item(s) in its original packaging. Be sure to include your return address on the package.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed.  You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping to Glamour Amour unless due to our error. We recommend that you purchase a tracking number and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

 

Exchanges

If you are exchanging for other products, we will ship out the new item(s) with free economy shipping.

Return item in its original packaging. Be sure to include your return address on the package. Contact us to put the item(s) on hold. Please allow up to 5 business days for your exchange to be processed.  You will be notified via email with a tracking # once its completed.
